• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only)
• 2023 & 2024 year of pass outs
• 60% Throughout all the academics
• JLPT certification N1/N2/N3 (any one certification)

Job Description:

• Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese
• Ability to understand business requirements in both English and Japanese
• Capability to ask questions in Japanese to ensure complete comprehension of requirements
• Capacity to report problems, issues, or defects related to systems under test in Japanese
• Prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines by proactively addressing issues and mitigating potential failures
• Ownership mentality and timely delivery of work
• Team player who can participate in meetings and technical sessions to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions
• Continuous learning and upskilling to stay updated with new technologies
• Participation in Japanese language community sessions to improve language skills

Specialized Skills:

• Certification in Japanese language, specifically JLPT N1/N2/N3 levels
• Ability to read and write in Japanese Kanji scripts
• Strong analytical skills and proactive work attitude
• Interpretation of Japanese conversations (written or oral) and understanding requirements
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Programming skills in Java or Python (preferred)
