Responsibilities:
Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems by applying advanced analytical methods as needed.
Harmonize data as required and set up models according to the business logic defined.
Use statistical tools to identify and evaluate the relationships between data fields, analyze output, and determine the next action.
Create dashboards for various stakeholders for self-serve data needs.
As part of end-to-end project execution, learn standard refreshes and routine work for production support and maintenance.
Communicate with internal and client teams daily to understand tasks and deliver per the committed timeline.
Exhibit ownership and responsibility in assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Learn and implement the documentation process for every process you are involved in.
Communicate effectively and follow up with clients and stakeholders based on assigned tasks.
Be open to continuous upskilling as needed for the project.
Maintain a can-do attitude and be open to new work and challenges.
Good to Have:
Knowledge of analytics with a data-oriented mindset to support data driven decision making.
Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Excel & PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team.
