You will be trained on: 

● Lead generation

● Customer relationship management

● Gold Appraisal

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Ensure to bring in New Customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.

● Resolving all customer doubts and questions while processing the loan.

● Participate in business development activities to improve the brand visibility of Rupeek Gold Loan in the catchment areas and to generate leads of prospective customers.

● To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, avoid/  prevent spurious/unacceptable ornaments.

● Coordinate with the Manager and stakeholder for loan approval.  

● Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes / policies of  Rupeek - KYC adherence. Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.

Persona

● 0-12 months experience with great enthusiasm to learn 

● Upto 25 years of age 

● Excellent communication skills in the local language and elementary english ● 2 wheeler and Driving License is mandatory
