Responsibilities:

 Candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust dataset comprising conversational queries and their corresponding expected responses. This dataset will serve as a foundational resource for training and evaluating conversational AI models within the organization. Candidate will design and implement automated UI test scripts aimed at simulating complete end to end conversation flows. These scripts will be critical in assessing the chatbot’s performance and consistency across various interaction scenarios.

Candidate will support the integration of the finalized dataset into an LLM based judge evaluation framework. This task will ensure the proper functioning and accuracy of acceptability testing for chatbot responses aligning them with user expectations.

Candidate will also be tasked with developing and executing mechanisms to continuously monitor automation test logs and the overall performance of the chatbot. These activities will help identify issues and performance bottlenecks in real time.

Candidate will be expected to expand existing automated testing frameworks to include edge cases and negative testing scenarios. This will ensure that the chatbot behaves predictably and remains robust even under diverse and unexpected user inputs.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria and Qualification:

Candidate should be pursuing or completed B.E/BTech degree. It is demonstrating strong foundational understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts relevant to an internship role. Candidate is expected to be proficient in working with Large Language Models, showcasing familiarity with their capabilities, limitations and integration into various applications.

Candidate must have hands on experience or practical knowledge in Python scripting particularly for machine learning related tasks i.e. model development, testing and data pre processing. Candidate must have understanding of prompt engineering techniques that able to effectively interact with LLMs and extract accurate and meaningful outputs.

Candidate should demonstrate the ability to conduct basic data analysis including data cleaning, visualization and deriving insights from structured datasets. This skill is essential for supporting AI/ML experimentation and project outcomes during the internship.
