Responsibilities:

 

Candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers based in the US, initiating conversations to understand their needs and identifying relevant sales opportunities. The role requires effective communication skills to engage prospects and convey the value of products or service offerings clearly and persuasively.

Candidate must actively research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in the organization’s products or services. They will also be tasked with maintaining and expanding a database of prospects within the assigned territory, ensuring that potential leads are continuously developed.

Candidate is expected to consistently log all outreach activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping and the generation of regular activity reports for internal review.

Candidate will also be responsible for qualifying all incoming sales leads and efficiently routing those opportunities to the relevant Practice Heads or Sales Managers for further engagement and closure, contributing directly to the overall business development and sales pipeline.

Detailed Eligibility & Qualification:

 

Candidate must possess a degree qualification and should have passed out in the year 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025. Experience ranging from 0 to 1 year is acceptable for this position. The role offers a competitive salary package of Rs. 5 CTC and requires individuals who demonstrate strong communication abilities and a good sense of business acumen.

Candidate is expected to exhibit a positive problem-solving attitude and be comfortable with both speaking and writing in English. Strong communication, presentation, and team-building skills are highly desirable, as is an inquisitive mindset and a proactive approach to seeking clarity by asking questions when necessary.

Candidate should ideally have some technical knowledge or inclination towards technology, though prior expertise is not mandatory. The role requires a willingness to work the night shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM and to consistently demonstrate strong internet research capabilities. Candidate should be a motivated and adaptable individual ready to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
