Candidate must be a 2024 pass-out with a degree in B.Tech/BE from CSIT or Circuit branches, or hold an MCA qualification. This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates who are looking to start their career as a Network Engineer and grow their skills in networking technologies in a hands-on, full-time role.

Candidate is expected to demonstrate a strong appetite for learning and expanding upon core technical knowledge. An eagerness to explore complex networking concepts and technologies is essential. The role requires a foundational understanding of Networking Technologies such as Routing and Switching, Collaboration, Data Center operations, Wireless technologies, Security and Cloud-based support.

Candidate must possess a positive attitude toward learning and problem-solving. The ability to identify and provide inputs for resolving network-related issues is crucial. While working on technical tasks the candidate should be open to seeking guidance and advice to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth.

Candidate should actively participate in team projects and contribute effectively as a member of a collaborative technical team. An openness to acquiring advanced skills and operational practices is expected, which will help in building proficiency and moving towards more complex responsibilities within the networking domain.

Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients. A customer-centric mindset along with strong interpersonal abilities will be essential for understanding requirements and delivering efficient technical solutions.

Candidate should be CCNA certified or be in the process of acquiring the certification, as it will enhance their credibility and readiness for the role. The candidate must be willing to work night shifts, operate from the Gurgaon location, and be fully committed to an in-office working model for five days a week ensuring consistent collaboration and learning.
