Responsibilities:
Candidate is expected to assist with the weekly execution of
automated regression testing and make necessary updates to ensure accuracy and
relevance. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying any gaps in the
test coverage and implementing improvements in the automation suite
accordingly.
Candidate should have hands-on experience in automation
development particularly using Python. A strong grasp of Python scripting is
necessary to build, update and maintain test scripts, contributing effectively
to the overall quality of software delivery.
Candidate will be required to collaborate closely with other
team members to create cohesive and comprehensive End-to-End test scripts. This
involves understanding cross-functional dependencies and ensuring that
automated test flows mimic real-world business scenarios accurately.
Candidate must support the maintenance of the existing
automation script repository by performing regular updates and refactoring
scripts as needed. This ensures that the automation framework remains scalable,
reliable and aligned with ongoing changes in the application under test.
Candidate should work in tandem with Functional teams to
gather requirements, receive knowledge transfer and translate functional test
cases into automation. This collaboration will ensure that test scripts are
aligned with business needs and cover critical functionalities.
Candidate will also support functional teams in generating
transactional test data through automated test scripts thereby ensuring data
consistency and test reliability. In addition, the candidate is responsible for
maintaining well-organized, up-to-date testing artifacts, documentation and
reports contributing to process transparency and audit readiness.
Candidate should contribute to the continuous improvement of
quality assurance tools and processes, identifying areas of enhancement and
supporting their implementation to elevate overall testing efficiency and
effectiveness.

Eligibility & Qualification:
Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree and should have
0–2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a collaborative work environment.
The role requires individuals who can demonstrate strong written and verbal
communication skills to effectively interact with teams, stakeholders and
clients.
Candidate is expected to be well organized and capable of
managing task deliveries within deadlines. They should be comfortable working
in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and must possess the ability
to multitask effectively without compromising on quality or attention to
detail.
Candidate must work efficiently in cross-functional teams
contributing collaboratively to shared objectives. A detail-oriented mindset is
essential with a keen focus on maintaining accuracy and consistency in all
assigned tasks.
Candidate should demonstrate a basic understanding of coding
principles and industry practices. While deep technical expertise isn’t
mandatory, a foundational knowledge of coding will help in communicating
effectively with technical teams and understanding project requirements.
Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication
skills to work well with peers and leadership. The ability to document work
processes, maintain accurate records and follow up on key deliverables is
crucial.

thinking abilities to the role using them to solve problems, assess situations
