Responsibilities:
Candidate will be required to work in a 24x7 rotational
shift environment including weekends and night shifts (between 9:00 PM and
11:00 PM) as part of the Enphase support team. During assigned hours the candidate
must be prepared to answer inbound emails, chats and phone calls from Enphase
customers providing timely and professional assistance.
Candidate will conduct remote troubleshooting of Enphase
products, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal functionality. In
addition, the candidate will be responsible for approving and executing
warranty claims after appropriate assessments ensuring that all processes
comply with company guidelines.
Candidate will also provide pre-sales support by sharing
relevant product information with potential customers and assist in the
activation of new Enphase sites as needed. This includes clearly documenting
all interactions and actions taken in the company’s central CRM or help desk
software platform for accountability and continuous improvement.
Candidate must collaborate with the Enphase Engineering team
to track field issues, report product related bugs and contribute to necessary
product modifications. Timely and accurate logging of bugs in the central database
is expected along with a proactive approach to problem resolution.
Candidate will assist team members with troubleshooting and
administrative tasks when required, while strictly adhering to established
departmental conventions and procedures. Participation in ongoing training
programs related to industry standards and product specific updates is
mandatory to maintain technical proficiency.
Candidate must represent Enphase Energy in all forms of
communication and comply with company policies and standards of conduct
outlined in the employee manual. Teamwork and commitment to high quality
customer service will be essential with performing additional duties assigned
to support team goals.
Detailed Eligibility Criteria
and Qualification:
Candidate should be a graduate with BE/BTech degree
preferably in Electrical or related discipline. Only freshers or new college
graduates who have achieved minimum of 60% in both 10th and 12th standards and
at 70% in their graduation will be considered for this role. It is compulsory to
share their academic scores along with their resume.
Candidate must have interpersonal skills and demonstrate the
ability that build strong rapport and maintain good working relationships with
customers, peers and managers. A proactive attitude and the ability to work
well in team oriented environment is crucial for success.
Candidate should exhibit strong verbal and written
communication skills in English. Clear and effective communication will
necessary to engage with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring
smooth collaboration and support.
Candidate must computer literate with essential proficiency
in PC skills. Familiarity with Mac OS would be considered desirable asset
adding flexibility to work in various technical environments.
Candidate is expected to have general understanding of
electrical concepts i.e. AC and DC circuits. A background in electrical or
electronics subjects will highly valued enabling smoother transition into
technical aspects of the job.
Candidate with prior exposure to solar or photovoltaic related
environments will be at an advantage. Such familiarity can enhance their
understanding of the work context and allow them to contribute more effectively
to projects involving renewable energy solutions.
